Acer campestre Queen Elizabeth™ is a fast growing cultivar of Common Field Maple, it has a relatively narrow habit and is larger and darker leaved than the species.
The ascending branches are produced at angle of 45° to the dominant central leader.
Does best in rich well drained soils but does well in virtually any soil type and will readily tolerate drought soil compaction and air pollution. An excellent choice as a street tree it has a tighter habit than Acer campestre Elsrijk.

Mature spread: 4-6m
