Introduced from the USA by Bill Wandell of Illinois and new to our range in 2010, this charming clone resembles Acer sachcarinum more than Acer rubrum with its silvery summer leaves and upright habit.
Its real delight comes in the autumn when the leaves turn a gorgeous red to crimson making this a highly prized ornamental tree.
