Description
A most elegant crab introduced from Japan in the early 1860s but prone to suffer badly from Apple Scab after flowering rendering the crown to look rather threadbare from June onwards.

The plentiful and long lasting fruits are greenish-yellow with a hint of red to them.
Good for gardens verges and parks.
