Product details

Raised in 1875 this is thought by many to be the best fruiting crab.

It won the updated Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society in 2002.

A small tree with an irregular oval crown it makes a splendid tree for gardens with limited space.

The white flowers are followed by relatively large conical orange-red fruits which have a good flavour if required for preserves or jelly.

Like all crab apples it thrives on most soils.

If you live in an area prone to rabbits or deer then we recommend rabbit guards for these trees.
