Read more about this productProduct details
The white Mulberry is widely cultivated to feed silk worms for the commercial production of silk, not something that has ever been successful here though!
Its ascending branches carry its lush green foliage throughout the summer which always seems to brim with vigour.
Morus alba grows well on most free draining soils and its lovely foliage display turns to golden yellow in the autumn before dropping for autumn.
Perfect for a medium sized garden and can tolerate dry conditions once established.
Although quite a hardy tree, it does prefer a sheltered spot away from cold winds.
Mature height: 3-7m
Mature spread: 3-5m
