Description
Similar to Digitata this clone was planted along the pavement avenues of O’Connell Street in Dublin to great effect.
Very neat in habit when young it develops a broad crown much the same as its parent Platanus orientalis when maturing.
Lovely cut leaves and a good pyramidal habit makes this a good choice for urban streets and parkland.
Reputed to have good resistance to anthracnose but I have not seen it for long enough to make judgement.
Mature height: 20m+
Mature spread: 12-18m
