A British-bred form of flowering cherry that started its commercial origins in about 1935 and won the Award of Garden Merit in 2002.
It prefers free draining soils and will generally suffer if waterlogged.
Similar in some ways to Kanzan which we believe to be one of its parents Pink Perfection is less vigorous.
