Product details

A recent introduction from Canada this clone was selected in 1973. It makes an excellent small tree with a dense crowned oval habit ideal for small gardens or restricted urban areas.

The wonderful thing about this clone is that it flowers in June / July when most other trees have finished their spring display so this tree can be used to lengthen the time of interest in your garden.

It produces large clusters of small fragrant ivory white flowers that are quite long lasting and prefers a sunny position in which to thrive. It is tolerant of most soils and its deep green leaves turn a soft yellow in autumn.

Mature height: 3-5m

Mature spread: 3-4m
