Description

A native of Europe Asia and North Africa this ancient looking tree is incredibly useful in exposed windy areas and will thrive on pretty much any soil apart from shallow chalk.

Mostly supplied as bushes we grow our Tamarix as full standards.

A small genus well suited to coastal locations tolerating salt laden winds and spray.

This variety is virtually identical to Tamarix tetrandra but flowers about a month later so by a mixed planting of both varieties you can look forward to about six weeks of continuous flower.
