Description
This multi-stemmed tree of medium height has flowers that are red in bud before turning white – and the blossom is borne in profusion in late spring.
The small fruits of the Malus Evereste look like miniature ‘Gala’ and are held onto until they are taken off by birds after Christmas.
On the continent they are used in displays as the little fruits hold their form so well.
The orange-yellow autumn foliage also holds well.
Good for gardens parks and verges.
