Description

The shimmering of Aspen leaves set in motion on even the most gentle of breezes provides a wonderful rustling sound in the landscape reminiscent of slow cascading water.

Grey catkins appear in early spring while the serrated leaves turn clear yellow in autumn and often remain on the tree for many weeks.

The Aspen is a medium to large tree with a rounded habit.

Well suited to verges and parkland.
